If I do 11 minutes of crunches and ab exercises good a day to lose fat stomach?

I know running is good, but I just want to know whether to squat 11 minutes one days (abdominal exercises have a job), I will lose belly fat? (over 8 glasses of water and perhaps 2 waffles with maple syrup per day (I like breakfast), but everything else is healthy eating? … I hope logic

Yes, it will help a little. You get the ab muscles but if you want to show that you have to get rid of fat. The reason is that if you save muscle but not losing fat. The muscle will be sitting in the fat and you'll be able to use his new muscles, but not see them. For best results you must eat healthy and welfare of the abdomen and do some ab exercises, cardio-vascular. Good luck!
