Who makes the 3 lots of 10 training sessions miniutes the same as for 30 miniutes than once?

I'm trying to lose 12 pounds in 3 months a Weight Watchers diet plan, and I know I am at least 30 miniutes walk 3 to 4 times a week, but I'm really on board after 10 minutes.

Try to do an exercise DVD instead of walking. Whatever we do incorporates cardio, strength and abdominal … all in one session of 20-25 minutes. A total 3 levels of intensity that can be worked through and keeps you moving from the beginning of the end. It is really very intense. Definitely worth consideration
