How often should I change my workout? Every 8 weeks? 12 weeks? Or maybe even less than that?

Hello! I suggest changing your workout every 4 to 6 weeks. There are several ways to change your workout without changing the exercises. You can change the order of exercises. For example, if you still have legs first, to the last step. Of course, These exercises can be very useful for someone looking to lose weight or needs an additional challenge. You can also change the position of the year. For example, instead of a normal push up on the ground, trying to make falls Push-ups on a stability ball.
