2 workouts a day

2 days per week full body training enough to build muscle?
I am currently training sessions 3 supplements the body of a week, but I'm about to start kickboxing, taking much of my time and I will change from day to 2 weeks of training Full body. that session 2 days of training allows me to build more muscle or at least maintain the muscle you already have?
Cardio Kickboxing is very basic. Although it may help build muscle, you really should do strength training with weights if possible. This function will be muscle mass. So, if you train 4 days a week or only 2 days, never mind. Just add some weight to your training and you will build more muscle.
