If I share my 30-minute session, 2 sessions of 15 minutes?
I have been exercising 30 minutes daily for a while now. Unfortunately, is increasingly difficult to find 30 minutes of free time in a block. I lose my benefits if my routine is divided into 2 workouts shorter? Maybe 15 minutes, when I get up, another 15 while dinner is cooking, etc.?
