2 workouts per day

Who is better, 1 hour of exercise once a day or 2 workouts short 30 minutes a day?
Results less equal or better if I made a combination of weight training and cardio for 1 hour each day, or if I do cardio for 30 minutes before and 30 minutes drive with weights in the evening (or vice versa)?
1hr is probably more effective, but also depends on their lunch hours. But to answer your question due to 1 hour during the period of one hour heart rate peaked for longer than it burns more calories at a faster and for longer, of course. As the saying goes no pain, no gain is more difficult, it is rewarded in the long term, where reason and training is more effective. I hope I was some help.
