2 mile run workouts
Good for training and 2 mile run 1 mile?

What are good workouts for the 2 mile race and 1 mile? How do I reduce my time until the track next season if I run almost every day with these exercises? Their last track season underway and I really time.

I suppose it is on track, so they are more or less fit. I would not recommend doing the work speed daily. Twice a week. Here are some speedwork Exercise 1 1 mile warm-up (you can run 1.5) 12 x 400 meters with 75 seconds rest between each. 1 mile cool (you can run 1.5) Workout 2 1 mile warm-up (you can run 1.5) 6 x 600 meters 1 mile cool (you can run 1.5) Training 3 1-mile warm-up (you can run 1.5) 6 x 200 (which actually leaves Sprint as fast as possible) 1 mile cool (you can run 1.5) The rest of the day is resistance. These days, you try to fulfill 6 8 miles on a track. It can run on a track, but it gets very boring. Do not take more than two consecutive days off. It is sometimes difficult to maintain without a coach constantly reminds you, so you can run Cross Country in the fall, if you can. If you working really hard and kept constant you might be able to take 40 to 60 seconds of your mile time. Good luck!
