I have a question about the solution 10 minutes training DVD?

Do they work? "The work 10 minutes a hour twice a day 3-5 times a week really help me lose weight? What is a good training DVD titles for how someone form and the 200 + pounds overweight few? Please, no dietary advice, there are no plans to lose weight quickly. There no magic pill, no site I have to pay. Thank you.

I have the Tony Horton 10 minutes full body routine, and it works. Of course, I can make about 2-3 of training four times a week, and has worked for me. At first, I did only a day 5-6 times per week and although progress has been slower, he did a great job. With 10 minutes a day training DVD, I want to start slowly and build from the training is very intense. Good luck!
