3 day workout routines for women

I am a young female firefighter and I need to stay in shape?
I am 16 and a volunteer FF. I need to do lots of training form part of the department. to provide, but I'm looking to get stronger and gain more strength before you start training in the spring, so I wonder if anyone has a workout that is becoming stronger. if their training or retraining.
