Every time I go to develop, I would same work. but the thing is that the machine I am on the right front with everybody walked. Most of the time it is boys who walk beside me and watch. IM Young, 13 years and a half, if it's not like you "judge" me about my weight or anything. I enjoy working on. I always feel like I look and I feel so ill at ease even grace. and I'm not even enjoy my time training. and I still think my face is Shaking, lol, but I doubt it because there are a bunch of race, class as an elliptical. What should I do to avoid this area / out? PS and I have headphones and an iPod, and there are TVs all over me. I started dieting, I count my calories and I have been training twice a day every day lately, I walk / run for about 30 minutes and then I lift weights for 45 minutes maybe. and do squats / slots / ABS im scared weightlifting 20 minutes to my fat into muscle and still is huge, because my legs seem to be more lifting leg weights exercises. what are you doing? or did you really burn fat? I'm 5'7 "and 170" I wear a size 8 (or 30/31) in the pants. I am not a small woman, but most of me is quite in proportion to my height, but they certainly have some weight to lose, especially in the belly area. I much weight in the center of my belly and it is a problem area for me, I wonder how best to lose. I understand that the overall weight loss through cardio mixed with the muscle tone is the most effective, but is there something specific that I can do to the loss of the objective of fat in this area?
